Mr. Ayussh Mittaal

Ayussh Mittaal is an Indian Chartered Accountant, qualified in November 2016, and an investment banker recognised for his expertise in market research and technical strategy across the equity markets. He is the Founder of RPM Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based proprietary firm pioneering active forex management through advanced automated channels, where he also oversees a range of financial and non-financial functions and advises clients on company incorporation, compliance, cross-border taxation and fund management services.

He serves as an Independent Director on the board of Behari Lal Engineering Pvt Ltd, which is preparing for a public listing in 2026, and separately handles internal audit, risk and promoter management at CSL Finance Ltd. He advises numerous startups and small-to-medium enterprises on stock-exchange listing and financial due diligence, develops IT-based execution algorithms and platforms used by hedge funds, mutual funds and major brokers across India, and works with anchor investors and HNIs on private equity placement and pre-IPO seed funding.
