Mr. Lalit Dua is the Promoter, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rajasthan Global Securities Private Limited (RGSPL). A seasoned financial strategist and entrepreneur, he brings over three decades of experience in capital markets, investment strategy, special situations, private equity, SME investing and structured lending. Since entering the Indian capital markets in the early 1990s, he has developed deep expertise in equity research, value investing, mergers and acquisitions, open offers, delistings, special-situation arbitrage, IPO investments and strategic capital deployment, guided by a disciplined investment philosophy combining rigorous research, prudent risk management and a long-term approach to value creation.
Under his leadership, RGSPL has evolved into a systemically important, RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company and a recognised Qualified Institutional Buyer, with diversified capabilities across public-market investments and lending. He has guided the Company's growth entirely through internally generated capital and strong governance, building a net worth exceeding ₹2,500 crore as of 31 March 2025 from an original equity base of approximately ₹29.57 lakh, without any external equity dilution. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, regularly shares his insights on SME investing and special-situation arbitrage through industry forums, seminars and podcasts, and was conferred the Bharat Gaurav Award at the House of Commons, British Parliament, London, in July 2025.
