Mr. Rama Chandran Nair

Mr. Rama Chandran Nair has been associated with RGSPL since 2005, bringing over 21 years of committed leadership at the Company and more than 37 years of overall professional experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) domain. As a Director, he has been at the forefront of managing the Company's day-to-day operations and plays a pivotal role in overseeing RBI-related compliance, with a hands-on approach to internal governance grounded in a robust understanding of finance, company law and regulatory frameworks.

His areas of expertise span NBFC operations and governance, statutory and regulatory adherence, operational oversight and internal controls, and director-level leadership and board functioning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mar Athanasios College, University of Kerala, and his long-standing presence has been central to maintaining RGSPL's standing as a transparent and well-governed financial institution.
